Yard Waste: While Bent Tree has an Ocean Isle Beach address, we are technically not in its city limits. Therefore, we do not qualify for their yard waste pick-up service. Each Bent Tree property owner is responsible for their own yard waste disposal.

Trash Pickup: Normally on Thursday morning unless it is rescheduled due to a holiday or weather event.
Recycling Pickup: Normally every other Thursday morning. You can see the schedule on the Board Calendar and you will receive an email from the Board if trash/recycling is rescheduled.
It is our policy to have residents wait until the prior evening to set your trash can on the curb. Please remove your can from the curb by the end of pick-up day. Our rules require owners to secure their trash cart in a location that is out of sight from the street while not on the curb.
NOTE: Brunswick Co. waste service no longer takes any trash or recycling items that are not physically in the carts. You are responsible for removing any items you left on the curb outside of your cart.
